How it works: You pay a small XNT fee to open a table. The fee goes into a
program-owned vault. A keeper periodically withdraws the vault, swaps XNT → CROCK
on xDEX, and burns the CROCK (reducing supply). No payouts, no treasury —
it's a fee → burn engine.
Testnet: Use testnet XNT. The swap leg is mainnet-only (no XNT↔CROCK pool
on testnet), so on testnet the keeper holds the XNT after withdraw.
